Please complete the contact form below. In the message box, please describe your vision of the hat to the best of your ability. As soon as I receive the email, I will get back to you with confirmation and to talk about the hat of your dreams. Once the order is established, I will send payment option links.
50% of the hat’s total price is due up front; the remaining 50% is due upon completion, plus shipping and handling. Local orders can be picked up rather than shipped.
