Sometimes it can feel easier to carry on with a not so great situation rather than deal with it head on.
What I see a lot is one of these things:
1. People remain in the same situation because they’re too scared to speak up (freeze response)
2. People completely avoid and leave the situation by running the opposite direction leaving nothing said or settled (flight response)
3. People walk in offense and are ready to pop off at any rebuttal so others remain quite to appease them (they have a fight response)
✨Healthy relationships take healthy communication.
Relationships = spouse, friends, children, family
If this is something you struggle with, then I’d suggest there are levels of healing inside of you that need to take place with the Lord.
🍎 To get to the good & mature fruit you have to go through the uncomfortable.
Easier isn’t always right.
